Homemade Beauty Scrubs and Conditioners Recipes:
1. Brown Sugar and Honey Facial Scrub
Brown sugar exfoliates the skin removing the pores of all dirt, oil and dead skin cells which cause blemishes. Honey is naturally antibacterial, so as the brown sugar scrubs away the clogging pores, the honey cleans out the sources for this buildup to prevent future breakouts.
2. Coffee Grounds in Conditioner
This is a really simple recipe.We usually throw coffee grounds after using them. But insteads of throwing old coffee grounds away, mix them into your conditioner to make your hair extra shiny. It works as miracle!
3. Replace Conditioner with Vinegar
To get rid of the problems with hair: build up, dullness and just lackluster, replace conditioner with vinegar 1-4 times a month, depending on your type of hair. Just use it as you need it. And don’t worry about buying the best stuff for the best results, common white vinegar will do the trick as well as any other vinegar.

There is plenty to read about the benefits of each of these ingredients, but all you need to know is that each natural element does more than any store-bought item can.
14. Lemons or Oranges for Fine Hair Hairspray
Use Lemons for dry hair and oranges for a stronger hold. Chop up the entire piece of fruit in a bowl as to not lose any juice. Boil the fruit with 2 cups of water until soupy or when the liquid has been significantly reduced. Strain through a cloth and put into a spray bottle. The citrus will hold the hair and not damage it due to the fact that there is no alcohol.
15. Apple Cider Vinegar for Cleanser and Toner
This eliminates dead skin cells easily, so you can use in lieu of expensive toner.
Zone 1 & 2- Forehead
This zone is related to the bladder and digestive system. If you have deep lines this could indicate a blocked colon and or gallbladder. If you are experiencing breakouts here it could indicate that you are having a few too many cocktails and your diet may be a little too rich in dairy or processed foods. You should try drinking more water and eating more natural foods
Zone 3 – Between eyes
This zone is related to the liver. Breaking our here may indicate you have a food allergy and are consuming too many rich or fried foods
Zone 4 & 5 – Around your eyes
This zone is also related to your kidneys. If you are experiencing dark under eye circles or puffiness this can indicate you are stressed, drinking too much caffeine and you not getting enough sleep.
Zone 6 – Nose and upper lip
This zone is related to the stomach and intestines. Deep lip lines may indicate that you are not properly digesting your food. If you are experiencing breakouts here you may have a food allergy.
Zone 7 & 8 – Ears
This zone is related to the kidneys. It is pretty rare to breakout on your ears but if you do you need to give your kidneys a little more TLC. You should drink more water and cut back on alcohol.
Zones 9 & 10 – Cheeks
This zone is related to your heart and respiratory system. I can usually tell if a client is a smoker or used to be a smoker by the little broken capillaries that show up along the cheeks. Also if you are eating too much protein or fatty foods you may experience breakouts here.
Zone 11 & 12 – Jaws
If you are experiencing breakouts or pigmentation problems here is it most likely due to a hormonal imbalance.
Zone 13 – Chin
This zone is related to your Stomach. Step up the fibre intake, reduce the toxin overload and drink herbal teas to help with digestion.
Zone 14 – Neck
Zits here can be a sign that your body is fighting bacteria to avoid illness. Give it a break, take a yoga class, take a nap, take time to breathe deeply, drink plenty of water and know that everything always works out!
So the next time you break out or notice dark under-eye circles, look to your face map: your skin is probably trying to communicate on behalf of the internal organs. However, do remember that, as with all medical issues, it is always best to see your doctor or dermotologist for a proper prognosis. This is just a general guide to head you off in the right investigative direction – just becuase you break out between the brows doesn’t always mean you have a bad liver!
